I'm new to running scene.  My father, brother and brother-in-law have all ran marathons, so I thought I'd give running a try.

Coming off an injury (Excuses, Excuses!!)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get some 5K's, 10K's and a few half marathons under my belt. Stay injury free to run the 2009 St. George Marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

2009 STG Marathon!!!!!!!!!!

Personal:

 1 daughter who want to be a runner.  She wants to be fast like her  uncle and grandpa, not slow like her mom.

running today.  i need to get my motivation back and do better.  i signed up for painters on sat, and four months is more than enough to be ready, just need to get up in the mornings and actually go.

yesterday was supposed to be a running day but it was way to windy to go.

today i did the same laverkin loop.  felt great.  i wish every day felt as good as today!!!

same laverkin loop today.  thank goodness it goes right by my friends house cuz i had to stop at her house and get some gloves it was so cold!!  i do not know why i left home without them. 

feeling strong.  need more miles!!!
